Active Minerals International gained certification to the ISO 9001: 2008 standard on May 5, 2011. New Customer Operations Group - 12/29/10
Active Minerals International formed the Customer Operations Group to address three key areas; quality management, production issues, and customer values.
The Customer Operations Group (COG) consists of Customer Service, Customer Advocacy, Logistics, Quality Management, and Budgeting and Forecasting. The mission of the group is to deliver the highest customer satisfaction by implementing internal processes to meet our customer’s critical-to-quality requirements which include product specifications, accurate shipments and on-time delivery.
