JOB TITLE:                               Maintenance Manager
DEPARTMENT:                       Maintenance
LOCATION:                              Aiken, SC

Position Summary:
This position coordinates and assures that all plant equipment is kept in good operating condition in order to meet the product demand of customers. This position will plan to minimize unplanned downtime and maximize equipment availability. This position is responsible for maintaining safety and health protection parts, devices and equipment for the operations to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

Job Requirements and Skill Sets:

Minimum of two year degree in related field, bachelor degree preferred.
Two years of related management experience is necessary.
Electrical, mechanical and/or construction background or experience is necessary.
Strong moral and ethical standards.
Experience dealing with vendors and contractors.
General working knowledge of MSHA safety requirements.
Proficient on computers and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
